Flashback Friday!

(Whew! Just under the wire - 2 minutes to spare)

December 2008. Man, it is so hard to believe that one year ago, Logan was only 5 months old - just a little bitty baby! Not even crawling yet. Just barely able to sit up on his own. I look at the little man he is today, and it seems like he has been this way forever - walking running, climbing, babbling, signing, pointing and questioning "Dis?". Saying "Dada", "Santa" and the always heart-melting "MaaMaa". Everyday he does something that amazes us. Today, it was when he was sitting in his high chair minding his own business, and pulled an owl-shaped animal cracker out of the container and said "Whoooo".

Looking at these pictures of tiny Logan, I am reminded of comments I heard constantly when he was a newborn, from strangers and friends alike, that all sounded something like this: "I can't even remember when my son/daughter was that small". I thought they were crazy. I thought, "There's no way I'll forget my baby being this tiny". Little did I know...

All I can say is thank God for my camera, and my penchant to take eleventy billion pictures of him with it!

14 days till Christmas!!!

hee! he was tiny!

I look at pics of my boys when they were born and it is incredibly difficult to remember how light they were, how teeny tiny. I see their old hats/socks/onesies and think, "No way did they ever fit into that! And it was even loose!" Crazy.

I love that little chrome dome head of his. And yes, what in the world would we do without cameras? Oh my!
